As a basic guide sizing is as follows.
Shetland/small pony-Shetlands or Welsh A type heads 8-11hh.
Larger pony suits average ponies and super fine/dainty arabs 11-13.2hh
Cob suits arabs or smaller headed 14-15hh
Large cob suits average horses around 15hh, most Q/H. Fits most.
Full suits bigger horses 15-16hh T/B, S/B some clyde x ect. Measure if not certain.
XL full suits very big S/B, Clyde breeds ect but i do suggest make to measure on the bigger breeds.
Leave a note with your rein length at checkout if you would like a custom length. Otherwise will be made in a length to suit your size.
Can be made without the turks head cheek accents for $130 set. Also can be made as a simple chinstrap style just message or leave a note at checkout.
